Cabernet Franc (“Cab-err-nay fronk”) is medium-bodied red wine. It is the parent grape of both Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine is loved for its deep scarlet color and aromas reminiscent of black cherry and plum with subtle notes of vanilla and velvety oak that lengthens the finish.
